Pe terenul studiat exista o casa cu functiunea principala de locuinta unifamiliala, in demisolul careia beneficiarii isi desfasurau activitatea profesionala – stomatologie. Dorinta acestora de a isi extinde afacerea si de a separa locuinta de spatiul profesional, pastrandu-le totusi in limitele aceleiasi parcele, a dat nastere acestui proiect, materializat sub forma unei intersectii de doua volume rectangulare, unul complet vegetat, celalalt placat cu lemn. Aceasta compozitie intregeste aliniamentul caracteristic al strazii si creeaza, impreuna cu volumul casei existente, o incinta vegetata placuta, cu rol de tampon intre strada, zona de intrare in noua clinica si locuinta familiei.
Functional, in interiorul cladirii propuse se desfasoara mai multe cabinete de consultatii si investigatii specifice domeniului, carora li se adauga birouri administrative si un spatiu de sedinte si comunicari profesionale. Aditional acestui spatiu este prevazuta o terasa inerbata care poate avea rol protocolar in cadrul unor evenimente desfasurate in sala.
Solutia propusa include 5 locuri de parcare in interiorul parcelei, precum si un patio amenajat peisager.
Invelitoarea, realizata tot in sistem vegetat, are si rol spatiu de amplasare a numarului minim de panouri solare/fotovoltaice pentru alimentarea cladirii cu energie.

project description:
A house already exists on site. Its main function is that of single-family dwelling but the owners use the basement as a ground for their professional activity - dentistry. Their desire is to expand their business and to separate their professional space and their dwelling, but to still keep them in the same teritorial boundaries. This gave birth to the project materialized as an intersection of two rectangular volumes, one completely vegetated, the other clad in timber. This completes the characteristic alignment of the street and creates, together with the volume of the existing home, a nice green enclosure, that works as a buffers between the street and the entrance to the new clinic and family home. Inside the proposed building , several cabinets for consultation and investigation run their business together with administrative offices, space for meetings and professional communication. Additionally this space is provided with a green terrace which can act as an active scene for formal events that take place in the hall.
The proposed solution includes 5 parking spaces within the plot, and a patio.
The cover which is also a green system serves as space for placing the minimum number of solar panels / solar energy to power the building.
