Intenţia arhitectului este de a înlesni simbioza dintre viaţa oamenilor şi ritmul firii, fără ca una să o influenţeze negativ pe cealaltă. De asemenea am avut în vedere ca acest lucru să se întâmple discret şi fără risipă (de orice fel). Totul e gândit ca reciclabil sau “asimilabil” în timp de către natura; dacă oamenii vor pleca vreodată din acest loc.
Pornind de la o temă pe cât de vagă pe atât de încurajatoare, am vrut o casă cât se poate de discretă, care se arată doar celor aflați în imediata apropiere. De la distanță arată ca un zid de consolidare a terenului, pe o pantă în apropierea lizierei.
Beneficiarul și-a dorit o casă pentru propria lui personalitate și pentru propriile obiceiuri. Ca urmare, partea vestică a casei e spațiul lui, partea centrală (dominată de șemineu) e locul de primire a oaspeților/prietenilor, iar partea estică a casei e concepută ca un spațiu pentru oaspeți sau pentru birou.
Situl se află în intravilanul comunei Petreştii de Jos aproape de liziera pădurii. Casa propusă utilizează panta naturală a terenului, orientându-se cu deschiderea principală spre Cheile Turzii, aflate la sud-est.
Privelistea impune vitrajul central iar vecinătăţile imediate permit inserţia unui “bârlog” omenesc, fără efecte secundare negative în timp.

Project description:
The intention of the architect is to facilitate the symbiosis between human life and the rhythm of nature, without them influencing each other in a negative way. There was also given consideration to this happening discretely and without waste (of any kind). Everything is thought of as recyclable or "assimilated" by nature, if people will ever leave this place.
Although the encouraging aspect of this projects theme was only rivaled by its obscurity, the house became as unobtrusive as possible, showing itself only to those in close proximity. From the distance it looks like a ground supporting wall built on a slope near the tree line.
Our employer wanted a home tailored for his own personality and habits. As a result, the west side of the house is his intimate space, the central part (dominated by the fireplace) is the place for the reception of guests / friends and the eastern part of the house is conceived as a space for guests or an office space.
The site lies within the built village of Petreştii de Jos near the forest edge. The house utilizes the natural slope of the land, focusing on the main opening to Cheile Turzii, located to the southeast.
The view requires central glazing and the immediate neighborhoods have allowed this insertion of a human "den", without it having negative long or short-term side effects.
