​​Cartierul Dealul Lomb

 

​​descriere proiect:
   Obiectivul acestui proiect a fost un cartier complet nou, pentru minim 20.000 de locuitori, dotat cu toate cele necesare unei existente normale (locuinte confortabile, parcuri, spatii verzi, transport in comun, dotari sportive, circulatii alternative, utilitati, unitati de invatamant, cercetare etc.) precum si doua centre de cartier. Acesta va fi amplasat la 1 km de limita nordica a intravilanului Cluj, ocupand coama si versantii dealului cu acelasi nume.

   Ca ordin de marime, suprafata aferenta acestui obiectiv este de 267 hectare, iar diferenta de nivel dintre punctul minim si cel maxim al sitului este de 200 de metri.

   Desi intreaga echipa care a contribuit la finalizarea acestui proiect spera ca acest cartier sa se si realizeze asa cum a fost conceput, cu siguranta si timpul va avea ceva de spus.

   The aim of this project was a complete new district for minimum 20.000 inhabitants, including everything necessary for a normal live (confortable  homes, parks, green spaces, common transportation, sport  areas, alternative circulations, infrastructure, schools, research centers, etc), but also two district centers. The new district is located 1 km north from the border of the city of Cluj, on a hill with the same name Lomb Hill.

   The area of the project in 267ha and the difference between the lower point end the maximum point of the site is 200 meters.

   Although the entire team involved in this project hopes it will be built according to the initial project, only time can tell.​
